APIC Regional Center (APIC RC) is located in downtown Portland, OR. APIC RC is a derivative company of American Pacific International Capital, Inc., a private investment company located in Portland since 1998. APIC RC was founded in 2010 to help address the needs of economic development in Oregon. Investment activities will focus on building, operating, and managing:
Commercial Office Buildings,
Commercial Shopping Centers,
Hotel and Hospitality Facilities,
Restaurants,
Multi-Entertainment Centers,
Parking Structures,
Medical and Scientific Laboratories, and
Manufacturing and Service Facilities.
There is one actual project that will launch APIC RC's EB-5 program. The project is the renovation of downtown Portland's Oregon Pacific Building.
